This is my first time using the purchasing service. Is there anything I need to prepare in advance?

A copy of your ID will be required for purchase. ID such as a driver's license, passport, insurance card, or student ID (with your photo and address) will be required. In addition, for home delivery purchases, the address to which the home delivery kit is delivered must be the same as the address on your ID.

Are you paying in cash?
A.
In the case of in-store purchases and on-site purchases, we can pay you in cash on the spot even for high purchase prices. In the case of mail-in purchases, we will transfer the money within 3 business days after the contract is concluded.
Q.
I don't have the specified ID, do I still need it?
A.
A copy of your ID is required by the Secondhand Goods Business Law. Please rest assured that we will not use the copy of your ID for any other business purposes.
Q.
Please tell me about the appraisal of branded goods.
A.
The purchase price is determined based on the market price of brand-name products and on the condition (discoloration, damage, scratches, deformation, etc.). If the item is not new or unused, the purchase price may be higher than the list price.
Q.
My item has scratches, damage, fading, etc., but will you still buy it?
A.
We will purchase your item unless it is in a very bad condition. However, the assessed value may be reduced depending on the degree of scratches, dirt, or damage. If you are unsure, please send us a photo in advance via photo appraisal or LINE appraisal. We will assess whether we can purchase your item.

Can I buy it locally?
A.
We are now offering a convenient home delivery purchase service for customers who live far away! There are no fees or delivery kit costs, and you can send your items cash on delivery from anywhere in the country.
Q.
I don't know if the gold or platinum is real...
A.
We will appraise the authenticity of gold and platinum products free of charge, so please send them to us with peace of mind.
Q.
Can you buy it without the accessories?
A.
We can purchase your item even if it is missing accessories. Please rest assured that this will not affect the appraisal amount significantly.
